"On September 27, 2024, we were awakened about 3AM by the sound of a tree (giant Oak) when it up-rooted and crashed onto our house. It went through our roof, just missing our sons bed. We were all in disbelief. We, like everyone else struggled to just survive without utilities. We contacted State Farm as soon as we could and I am proud to say that they were ready to help. "From the first encounter with Becky and Tyler it was a superior experience. These two young people are professionals to the highest order, and personable and most pleasant to work with,,,, There have been puzzling posts from the Claims department of State Farm -- strange requests and promises that never came to pass: asking for things long since having been sent them, promising to send "labels and envelopes" (shipping materials) that have never arrived, one-day notice deadlines for responses that had been long answered, and other odd communications from the Claims office (in Atlanta?). In every case Tyler has handled the issues with grace and full professionalism and has settled all questions in the most effective manner. Bill Russell, if you are seeing this, let me assume you that both Tyler and Becky are worth more than you are paying them and deserve a raise! Hope you (Bill) are doing well, and I miss seeing you of recent. I'll continue to insure with you (and State Farm) the new Kia and the big house on Normandy Road for as long as I have it. "These have been trying times in Asheville after TS Helene destroyed our city, homes and lives. Having lived in South Florida for 47 years and going through Andrew, Wilma and other hurricanes I thought I had seen and experienced it all. I hadn't And we will get through this over time. I wanted to thank my State Farm Agent Bill Russell, his team, and the incredible claims adjustors we worked with Josh Bowers and Kewain Couthen for their compassion and professionalism. Josh came out on a Monday and we had payment for 100% of our damages by that Saturday; Kewain came out on a Friday at 4pm to meet our contractor and we were approved and payment received the next Thursday. Our contractors told us how hard and difficult it would be to work with State Farm and to expect to be denied and have to fight for our claim - nothing was further from the truth. Thank you Bill and team for making this tragedy a little more bearable and reducing the stress, and helping us rebuild our home and our lives."

I just hung up the phone with Tyler on a separate matter and, again, Tyler explained things to me while also offering facts specific to my account that addressed my concerns. Tyler is very knowledgeable, positive, eager to help and eager to please. Tyler's customer service skills and command of the insurance business cannot be beaten! In conclusion, I highly recommend both Tyler and the Bill Russell Agency for State Farm to anyone seeking high quality, personalized customer service with your insurance needs.
